Platform

An instant-quote platform for industrial polymer additive manufacturing — FDM, SLA, SLS, and MJF. Upload a 3D model, get a real-time, DFM-checked price, and place an order. Parts that fall outside the automatic-quote envelope route to an engineer as an RFQ within one business day.

Upload an STL and the geometry is analyzed and design-for-manufacturability checked in seconds. Pick process, material, finish, and quantity, and the price updates live as you change inputs. You only pay when you place an order.

Production is US-domestic. Orders ship with real-time carrier rates and tracking (UPS / FedEx / USPS); typical lead time is about 5 days for FDM and SLA and 7 for SLS and MJF.

Security, data & compliance

Uploaded models, previews, and order documents are stored in Microsoft Azure's US Government cloud — a sovereign environment separate from the commercial public cloud — and are served only over HTTPS through short-lived signed links that expire automatically.

Parts can be marked ITAR-restricted or CUI. Those parts are access-gated so only personnel verified as U.S. persons can view or work on them. The rule is enforced on the server for every request — not merely hidden in the interface — no one can self-attest their own citizenship, and even the top-level administrator is not exempt. Access to controlled parts is audit-logged.

Sign-in is handled by a dedicated authentication service, with single sign-on required for ADDMAN staff. Permissions are role- and scope-based and are checked live against the database on every request rather than trusted from a token. Records you are not authorized to see return "not found" so their existence is never revealed, and sensitive administrative actions are audit-logged.

In transit, yes — the database accepts only TLS-encrypted connections, files are transferred over HTTPS via signed URLs, and the application runs behind a TLS-terminating gateway. Uploaded files reside in Azure US Government cloud storage.
